Can't make everyone happy

I am sorry that I can't make everyone happy all the time, but it seems that the more upset one gets, the more selfish they are. If you are upset that is fine, but there is no need to upset everyone around you just because you are mad at one person. You are not the only one on this earth and there are other people in your vicinity that have nothing to do with why you are angry. Do not think you are the center of everyone's world. Anger is like a virus, it is contagious and can cause a lot of problems if allowed to spread. If you are angry, go to another room, away from everyone, and process your anger so you can then join the rest of the party and enjoy yourself. Don't bring everyone else down around you. If the person that upset you is in the room, learn to separate yourself from that person until you can calmly deal with them. Until then, just keep your anger from spreading to someone else. If you need to talk, pick a friend and ask them for help, don't just start venting without warning.
